The first Portuguese company to build bridge-type cutting machines, Construal was founded in 1956 in Pêro Pinheiro, Sintra, one of the largest European centers for the processing of ornamental rocks.
Founded by four experienced professionals in the quarry industry, Construal has always focused on constantly adapting to new technologies and market needs. This vision has been the basis for the trust that customers have placed in the company for more than six decades.
